Listserver FAQ

Don't let your newsletters or mailing lists get lost in junk mail folder!

Email providers are making it harder and harder for mailing lists and newsletters to get through, even when you request the information. If you aren't getting email from a list please check your "junk mail" or "bulk mail" folder.

Also, please carefully follow the instructions below to make sure that our email address is on your allowed list. You will find instructions below for each of the major email providers. If you don't find info for your email provider, the best thing you can do is add the following email to your contact list: listname@listserver.com.au and this should prevent your spam filter from blocking mail from listserver.

You can also look in your junk mail folder, deleted items folder, or bulk mail folder for any messages from us and click on the Not Junk or Not Spam folder.
